By the way, I was so excited because the UPS man delivered to me today my 3 Taebo shirts and the baseball cap that I ordered. I wore them proudly last night to a baseball game and I had several people ask me if I did Taebo? Great conversation getter. My husband felt so bad for me about not getting to attend the landers lunch that he ordered me the free standing punching bag (the one that is in the videos) . I keep checking the website to see if the new workout gear is available. It's going to be like the new matching workout outfits that and the girls are wearing in tb tv now. The outfits are really cute! I can't wait til they are available. I wear my tae-bo shirts and hat with pride! I haven't gotten any comments about it yet, but I keep hoping! who was a little irritated to see Ann wearing a Nike sports bra (with the Nike logo in plain view) in a recent tb tv workout, after all the static they gave us about wearing anything with logos....if they're not gonna let US wear something with a logo, they certainly shouldn't let one of the instructors wear something with a logo! Has anyone seen the punching bag (the one in the videos at any stores)? They were selling it at Sports Authority but are all sold out. I have also seen the punching bags at Sportmart, if you have Sportmart in your area. You can also order them from the web, but then you have to pay shipping. There is a link on the www.taebo.com page for Official Tae-Bo Gear and Apparel. It is at the bottom of the page in the middle. That is where you can find the standing bags on the web. I think it's easier in the beginning because you are fresh, but I think you get a better workout when it's at the end because you are already tired and you really have to push yourself to get through it. He did it in the middle of the workout the other day (I don't remember which one....maybe #11) and I didn't like it that much. I think I prefer it at the end. Probably because I hate it so much and if it's at the end, I know I'm almost done the workout. I have a harder time doing it in the beginning and then getting up to finish the workout. I guess, however, that I prefer the floor work at the end. The floor work is the easiest part for me because it's not aerobic and I don't have to worry about my balance or getting the moves down. I'd rather get the aerobics and moves down while I am fresh. Like others mentioned, I find it difficult to jump up after a long floor work and start kicking.
