Guest guest
Hi, ! I'm from Florence, SC but now live in Ft Lauderdale for graduate school for Psychology. Thanks for sharing your story, and I hope that you accomplish your personal goals with this program-you sound so determined that I know you will. Also, I wanted to say that I know that it's highly possible to overcome panic disorders and alot of anxiety without medications. I don't know your specific symptoms of the intensity of them-only what you wrote in your introduction, but I can tell you that I have some clients who do overcome Panic Disorder with Agoraphobia without long term medication. It's difficult but possible, and it sounds like the side effects have become increasingly uncomfortable for you. You'r the expert on you, but it's something worth considering. Good luck on your 12 week journey...and beyond! :-) You'll achieve your goals and exceed your own expectations. Your friend,

Guest guest
Welcome . Best of luck with dealing with your demons. This is an excellent program and while I have no idea if it will help it certainly can't hurt to take control of your life. :=) Kit

Guest guest
Tina, I wanted to recommend m;y FAVORITE protein powder ever to you (and anyone else who is interested :-)) I use Optimum Nutrition 100% Natural Whey Protein( Chocolate Flavor) and I buy the 5lb tub-does that violate any of the dietary restrictions that you have?(It may and I 'm probably not aware of it). I love this stuff b/c it tastes GREAT (MMhh-love chocolate!) and it mixes very easily with whatever you like...water, milk, sometimes I even put it in my morning coffee. I think they make a soy protein powder if that is the only kind that you cn use. Also, I use a soy bake mix in my omelets,.....it turns those into a sort of pancake that tastes GREAT. If you put two tablespoons and blend it with egg beaters, you'll have your extra protein in an omelet. I hope some of these suggestions work for you! :-) Good luck, and I'm proud of you for coming out of the plateau!
Guest guest
Beautiful, yes, but I don't take advantage of it enough. I do all my cardio at the gym. Maybe this Spring. Guest guest
Hi, Tina! The soy bake mix is a great thing...it's made by GNC. I don't usually buy from there b/c they hike the prices up so much, but this is about $11 per can and I like it alot....it'll cut the carbs in your muffins, cakes, whatever, and add protein. :-) Hope it works! Guest guest
Hi, Tina! I also like that Atkins Bake Mix, but opted for the Soy for the health benefits. You use the bake mix just likeyou would use flour, and poof...you have muffins, pancakes, whatever that are very low carb and taste great. I can trick my body into thinking I've had bread! It's great, hope to hear how you like it! :-)
