That was no fun. The rest has been all from Tae-Bo! As far as a diet goes, I watch my portion sizes and try to eat a lot of veggies. There is nothing that I don't eat though. I was doing the 1200 calorie a day thing for a while, but I have discovered that I still lose weight when I up my calories. Plus I am less miserable. I have a theory that if you eat right 85% of the time you will be ok. So far it has worked

Let's pray for some July tapings since June isn't working out very well for anyone!! This time I am going to stay a few days and do a couple of tapings! Not just one. I don't think I'll stay with my sis this time, she is too far from everything! But I'll visit her Congrats on not caring about the scale !! That is an amazing accomplishment. Do you remember how after the tapings you told me that I am built a lot like you? You have no idea how I hold on to that thought. I keep thinking that to myself, " I can am built like " LOL! It gives me hope!!

TB makes a big difference in how our metabolism works My best days are *hungry* days where my energy is going thru the roof and my appetite along with it from the moment I wake-up. Other days when my appetite lags so does my energy and even my work-out Barb who much prefers the hungry days

Guest guest
> I am shooting for > 145 eventually. Or more if I look good, who knows! I just can't believe I am > almost there!! , That is so great! It's OK to be happy about the scale going down....as long as it's not the only measure of your success....which I know it's not...so....CONGRATULATIONS! You will be at your goal in no time! Look how far you've come since the tapings in February I got on th scale the other day and it said 146 and I've decided not to get on it again....hehehe! It was when I was sick, so it doesn't really count because I wasn't really eating anything other than toast and cereal. But, hey....I like that number so I just won't get on again....LOL! You are such an inspiration ! You have such a wonderful attitude and you have had such an amazing journey! I'm doing the happy dance with you right now! You'll be amazed at how much your body continues to change and re-shape even when you think you are at your goal and are finished losing. I swear it's like my body just keeps getting stronger and stronger. I really don't care what the scale says anymore...and I never thought I'd ever be able to say that. It just doesn't matter to me, so I don't even get on it that often. There are too many other ways that my life has improved from tae-bo....I don't need to be at a certain number to be happy. Just keep doing what you are doing and you'll get to your goal....just be flexible with your goal because it could change depending on how your body continues to change You are awesome, who knows Amands will reach her goal and then we'll all have to celebrate together somehow....hmmmm......some more tapings, perhaps?
