Guest guest Posted October 16, 2009 Report Share Posted October 16, 2009 , Most commercial crocks with spigots have them placed towards the bottom so that the spigot barely clears the table, then you have to hang the spigot over the edge in order to use it. Take a look at Gayles pics of her set up in the files section. She set hers up higher and I think if I get the opportunity will do the same. This allows you to not draw up all the yeastie bits that settle to the bottom and a small glass can be set under without hanging over the edge.
