Guest guest
Hi Micha, Since I make and sell the Kombucha Manna Drops as part of my income, I do not tell people how to make them but you can make your own Kombucha Drops by putting your Kombucha colony through a garlic press or putting some KT and some Kombucha colony in a blender and blending it and then straining it. Hope that gives you some ideas for those who want to make their own Kombucha Drops. For everyone else, I hope you will consider purchasing Kombucha Manna Drops or our Green and White Tea Extract. Guest guest
I can dig it, Bev. Were I a person of means, I'd prolly still try to figure out how to do it myself. Spirit of the times and all. I'll try blending up an extra colony for the more concentrated drops, as I've got some folks who could use the concentrated medicine. Thanks Micah > > Hi Micha, > > Since I make and sell the Kombucha Manna Drops as part of my income, I do not tell people how to make them but you can make your own Kombucha Drops by putting your Kombucha colony through a garlic press or putting some KT and some Kombucha colony in a blender and blending it and then straining it. > > Hope that gives you some ideas for those who want to make their own Kombucha Drops. > > For everyone else, I hope you will consider purchasing Kombucha Manna Drops or our Green and White Tea Extract. > > Peace, Love and Harmony, > Bev > > Kombucha Manna Drops > http://KMI.mannainternational.com > Manna Green & White Tea Extract > http://GTE.mannainternational.com > 100% Organic packaged in Glass

Guest guest
Micah, I think the essence is in the tea, not in the scoby if scoby is a byproduct, it is good for doggies, compost, fruit trees, topical creams, but dig deeper, what manna might be must be in the Tea, and Bev was maybe just a little mischievious, to sidetrack us since she cannot give her livelihood away, not for free. but i think she sent us on an errounous path, what do you think ,is it possible ?? just protecting her " manna " But the REAL Manna came from heaven for the PEOPLE, and was for free. Guest guest
Thank you Jahjet and Margret for puttin your honest thinkin caps on. How divine of you both. Preserving essence is something I've got a little experience with, using herbs. We have oil, honey, alcohol, and of course vinegar, all tending to preserve different aspects depending on the herb used. KT, being acidic, tends to preserve itself nicely and be a good medium for preserving other things given...that it can be finished to stillness. Since we're looking for a concentrated kombucha, we want dormant yeasts, not dead but in an environment not conducive to further actions. If using the tea, it would have to be dehydrated to some degree. The mothers, to a lesser degree. Both should contain all the yeast and bacteria, and whatever herbals used in brewing, to the same extent. Right? Either way, yeast goes dormant when it reaches a threshold of alcohol content specific to the strain, when the food runs out, or...am I missing something? Does that make sense? Thanks for thinkin with me. Micah > > > .... I think the essence is in the tea, not in the scoby ... > Ah, but Jahjet, I profoundly disagree! > Although the yeasts and bacteria are present in both liquid and solid > culture, the scoby does contain Kombucha in beautifully concentrated > form and is thus extra efficacious. Guest guest
As we all know, the SCOBY does contain the bacteria and yeasts of kombucha, else putting a SCOBY in sweet tea wouldn't do anything. The material of the SCOBY is microbial cellulose, which humans cannot digest. So for the average kombucha brewer, the SCOBY would be nothing but a byproduct. Blending and straining the SCOBY would yield more kombucha goodness, leaving behind the indigestible cellulose. (I suspect Bev does more than merely blend and strain). If Bev wants to use the word manna in her product's name, she's certainly allowed to. Just like the other 41,581 products available on the internet with the word manna in their name. " Manna " may have first appeared in the Bible, but only 33% of the world is Christian. > > > > > > Hi Micha, > > > > > > Since I make and sell the Kombucha Manna Drops as part of my income, I do not tell people how to make them but you can make your own Kombucha Drops by putting your Kombucha colony through a garlic press or putting some KT and some Kombucha colony in a blender and blending it and then straining it. > > > > > > Hope that gives you some ideas for those who want to make their own Kombucha Drops. > > > > > > For everyone else, I hope you will consider purchasing Kombucha Manna Drops or our Green and White Tea Extract. > > > > > > Peace, Love and Harmony, > > > Bev > > > > > > Kombucha Manna Drops > > > http://KMI.mannainternational.com > > > Manna Green & White Tea Extract > > > http://GTE.mannainternational.com > > > 100% Organic packaged in Glass > > >

Guest guest
,i agree with all you are saying. Manna is a " GIFT " just when you really need it..kind of like a Miracle..you do not have to be a cristian to to believe in miracles.- Bev does what Bev does, for a reason of her own, blessed be her business efforts. Guest guest
Transformer ,oops a typo, did look kind of funny, but scoby is a transformer ! And when it is done with doing its work I am not about to eat it., in awhile it is spent, that is why we keep the new scobies and find alternative ways for using old ones. They do make good poultices, for swollen feet.deodorant, compost bugrepellent..well some bugs. Unless you have a better way to clean out undigestable fibers, for me the work is not worth it.. Just get Bevs Manna Dropps. It is definitely easier, and safer I have given up on the garlic press..has anyone tried it ? I was only trying to do what she recomended ,i had zero succes. I do not know if anyone has ever tried that??? Guest guest
OMG you have me drooling, this sounds wonderful!! I will have to play with this idea for sure. I tried giving a dried SCOBY to my cousin's dog, old girl would have nothing to do with it. Not sure why when so many others dogs seem to love them? Ah well, more for me! > > I too, enjoy occasionally a slice or two of nice Kombucha Mother - they taste fresh like sashimi without the fish and tasty with nice texture. I eat tons of fish/Japanese sashimi and reckon that you can make a tasty sushi with them. Just slice a nice small rectangular shape, use Kombucha tea to flavour the sushi rice and a small helping of healthy/spicy wasabi and put the sliced SCOBY on top. Dip into some natural fermented soya sauce (Kikkoman is highly recommended). Delicious! I have no problems eating SCOBY, in fact if dogs and cats love them, that tells us a lot! Have fun experimenting and again, everything in moderation to achieve balance. > > > UK
Guest guest
Hi Jahjet and EveryOne, Whether you can picture it or not, pressing pieces of Kombucha colony through a garlic press, one not made of metal, is exactly how I used to make Kombucha Manna Drops. It was a lot of work that way but it works and I was making them for people with Diabetes who couldn't use Kombucha and it seemed like it was worth it to me and to them. I learned to make the Kombucha Drops that way from Guenther 's book Kombucha Healing Beverage and Natural Remedy from the Far East which has been mentioned on this list many times. Then I learned through my own experience that Kombucha Drops are good for everybody and so I wanted to make them in greater quantity than I could with a garlic press. I invested in a special machine to make them and have been doing so since 1994. In my opinion, the drops made from the Kombucha Colony, not just the tea, have advantages over the Kombucha tea, or concentrates of the tea, for certain things such as the immune system, treating diabetes to lower blood sugar, putting on warts and perhaps even for Cancer. A whole book was written by Rosina Fasching about treating Cancer with Kombucha Drops. Not to mention that they are a lot more portable to carry around. It is also my opinion that if the Kombucha is alive it should have the proper growing conditions which are _not_ found in the inside of a dropper bottle or any sealed bottle at all. If left alive the Kombucha continues to ferment in the bottle and blows the rubber top up like a balloon. Not too convenient, healthy for the Kombucha, or safe IMHO. Therefore after much consideration of all possible options, I chose to make my Kombucha Manna Drops only from the Kombucha Colony itself, not a concentrate of the tea, and I add 35% organic alcohol to them to make them more quickly absorbed by the body, and to protect them from contamination. They are no longer living, and I don't think they should be sealed in a bottle, but they still have shown to have many beneficial effects. I am answering your questions as honestly as I can, I have no reason to do otherwise. Peace, Love and Harmony, Bev > > > > > .... Guest guest
Hi Jahjet, I made hundreds of bottles of Kombucha Manna Drops using nothing but Kombucha Colonies and a garlic press surely anyone can do the same who wants to bother. I used the name Manna for my product intentionally. To me, Kombucha is a gift from God and I wished to honor that gift in the name of my product using Kombucha Colonies to heal. So for the average kombucha brewer, the SCOBY would be nothing but a byproduct. Blending and straining the SCOBY would yield more kombucha goodness, leaving behind the indigestible cellulose. (I suspect Bev does more than merely blend and strain). > >

Guest guest
Hi Jahjet, and EveryOne, The Kombucha SCOBY has everything the tea has and more. It has the same bacteria and yeasts and it has cellulose which though indigestible is very useful as fiber. In fact there is a product sold in Japan made out of Kombucha colonies just for the fiber. Guest guest
Hi , Manna International ships everywhere in the world, since 1994, except Australia and Malta or any other countries that have a customs prohibition against importing Kombucha. I used to ship Kombucha Manna Drops by the case to a young girl in Malta who used them for diabetes and lowered her blood sugar using them but then for other reasons, Malta an island with many people with Diabetes, decided not to allow any Kombucha to be imported into the country. Too bad, it could have helped a lot of people. My whole purpose in everything that i have done with Kombuch since I first discovered it is to provide reliable information and products for people who want to learn about Kombucha and use it for their own health and healing and to help others. That is true for this list as well. I've sent Kombucha Colonies around the world to India and Ethiopia as well as Ireland and Hawaii. We also made and sold Kombucha Manna Skin and Hair Care products as well as selling a variety of Organic Teas. This all became too much for me to do alone so in 2000, I decided to specialize in the Kombucha Manna Drops and then added the Green and White Tea extract a few years later.
