Whew...I like this calculator better than the other one at www.phys.com. I was a little worried because when I put in my measurements on that one it said my body fat was 25.8% which may indicate that I'm carrying more fat than I should, especially since this calculator tends to underestimate the fat percentages of those who are overweight. And they say the normal range is 19-24%. So, I was really upset, thinking "this can't be right....I mean I may not be the lowest, but I think I'm certainly within the normal range." Anyway, when I went to the other one that sent, it said I was 19% (with the added measurement of my hips), so I like that one :) I think I'll go down to the Y and get my body fat tested there. They use the calipers and I'm kind of curious what percentage I really am. Although, I'm quite content with the second percentage :)
