Here are my results:

Have been Taeboing for 15 months

Went from the weight of 132 lbs to 106 lbs.

Went from a size 9 to a size 1

Went from being unhealthy to healthy

Went from falling to the couch when I got home from work to staying up

until 12:00 each night getting everything done

Went from being a stressed out Mom to a fun Mom

Went from feeling I couldn't do anything to there's nothing I can't do.

----GO FOR IT!

maybe you are pushing yourself at too hard a pace for your fitness level.

I have noticed if I push myself too hard too long during a workout at too

high a heartrate, I feel fatiqued instead of energized after a work-out

Try the 8 minute work-out even at a slowed pace and see how you feel

afterwards

,

Those are such great results! Just curious how tall you are? I like

getting an idea of different weights/heights so I know what's normal. I'm

tall, so I'm used to a normal weight being in the 140-150's :) You are

definitely an inspiration! Thanks for sharing your results!

My results with Tae-Bo: Those would be losing 6 pounds total (as of now) losing so far a total of 13" and going down 2 dress/pants sizes..all of this in 8 weeks!! I also went from 46% body fat to 40% body fat!!

Hope this gives you some modivation!!

I'm Curious

Can everyone tell me their results with taebo. That really motivates me when I hear peoples results with things. I would really appreciate it. I have a question on the body fat...how do you calculate body fat? Just

curious...I'd be curious to know what my percentage of body fat is.

thanks,

Penny

Grrrrrrr.....that makes me mad! Not at you , but at the customer

service people. I've called 3 times to get my AL7 and each time they've

told me it was back ordered. This last time I called, I was told it would

ship on Monday. But how can it be back ordered if someone who just ordered

them last week has already gotten them? hmmmmm....I really think they need

some serious help with their system!

, after months of bickering with the customer service department and I

can't tell you how many calls I finally was able to reach the " main man "

(not , but the head honcho of the customer service department. I told

him that I was totally unhappy about the service and that everytime I ordered

something it took at least 3 months for me to receive it and even after it

was received half of the time it was not what I ordered. Being a teacher, I

have learnedto be reather forceful and he heard the frustration and anger in

my voice. To make a long story short, he sent me overnight mail all the

tapes that I had ordered and gave me his personal mailing address for any

future orders. Since then, I now get my tapes or any other products within a

week of placing the order. I would love to give out his name but I don't

think that would be right to put it on E-mail. Keep asking to speak to a

HEAD supervisor and eventually you will be helped.
