I have noticed if I push myself too hard too long during a workout at too high a heartrate, I feel fatiqued instead of energized after a work-out Try the 8 minute work-out even at a slowed pace and see how you feel afterwards Barb who never dreamed I'd be doing full Advanced work-outs when I first started but still pace myself

Just curious how tall you are? I like getting an idea of different weights/heights so I know what's normal. I'm tall, so I'm used to a normal weight being in the 140-150's You are definitely an inspiration! Thanks for sharing your results!

Not at you , but at the customer service people. I've called 3 times to get my AL7 and each time they've told me it was back ordered. This last time I called, I was told it would ship on Monday. But how can it be back ordered if someone who just ordered them last week has already gotten them? hmmmmm....I really think they need some serious help with their system! Guest guest
, after months of bickering with the customer service department and I can't tell you how many calls I finally was able to reach the " main man " (not , but the head honcho of the customer service department. I told him that I was totally unhappy about the service and that everytime I ordered something it took at least 3 months for me to receive it and even after it was received half of the time it was not what I ordered. Being a teacher, I have learnedto be reather forceful and he heard the frustration and anger in my voice. To make a long story short, he sent me overnight mail all the tapes that I had ordered and gave me his personal mailing address for any future orders. Since then, I now get my tapes or any other products within a week of placing the order. I would love to give out his name but I don't think that would be right to put it on E-mail. Keep asking to speak to a HEAD supervisor and eventually you will be helped. ---BE PERSISTENT
