Do I pack SCOBY in packing material so that it won't leak preferably Zip-lock bags, but if woman doesn't have enough starter, and sugar because I don't know if she does white refined sugar. What other sweetner can they use to sweeten tea, if I need to transport SCOBY in tea. It should be sweet tea, right? I suggested to Mom a green or black tea, but forgot to mention the sweetener. Mom only has honey. I fear the woman may only have access to honey as well. I don't know how much experience she has with KT and SCOBYs, and transporting the SCOBYs. I figure I better have the information to be prepared in case they all don't. So if anyone knows about these sort of things I'd love to hear from you. Thanks.
