In San Diego you can donate them to the HIV clinics in Tijuana--which rely solely on donated US drugs. A number of people in SD collect them, but the easiest thing to do is just drop them off at Auntie Helen's Fluff & Fold in North Park. Donations like yours provide regimens for hundreds of people who otherwise would have no care, so thanks for doing this--and spread the word to all your friends.
