Hi, Bob!

I noticed that you feel you overdo the vegetables and I'm wondering, what's

wrong with extra veggies? Don't others out there allow themselves alot of

veggies? (especially if they're green?) Thanks, (because I certainly have

heaps and heaps of veggies when myu appetite is running rampant like this :-)

Hi ,

My problem is not getting in 5 or 6 meals a day 'cause I'm just not

that hungry and I tend to skip meals. So I'm gonna try cutting back

on portion size so I will feel hungry and eat more often.

I just found this post! I'm sure someone has already posted to you that it is very important to get in six meals whether you feel hungry or not. If you have to, set an alarm to remind you when to eat for the first couple of weeks until your body gets used to it and craves food that often. When I began, I was horrified that I was going to " have " to eat that much and that often! Now....my body KNOWS when 2 1/2 to 3 hours have passed and it wants something GOOD! I love eating so often!!

Thank you to all who replied to my first post.  The website I couldn't remember

was the one you gave me, Len Porzio's.  Thank you.  I was relieved to know that

a yeasty brew isn't bad for drinking and is full of B vitamins.  I love this

group and have learned so much from it.  Keep up the good info. and

entertainment.
