But, last time I took class, I had a phenomenal instructor in the ring who said I packed a powerful punch, and was amazed by my stamina (to which I owe Tae bo). And, while this group is overrun by women, it is not a women's-only group. We love having male participation, though we sometimes fear we scare you guys off. LOL ;-)

Guest guest
Hmmmm...I like this guy. LOL Great sense of humor..No we are not an all women group...there are like 2 or 3 other guys who post more regular. And I can only remember Leo's name right now. BUT everytime we get a new guy on the list we go into a mode called "A new man mode!!" A teddy grahm is like a little cookie in the shape of the teddy bear...you can find it in your cookie isle at the grocery store..everyone is making me want some now!! I like honey better then chocolate too. Anyway Mitch, I will be getting your name and intro up on the web site in short order here. Feeling Very Humbled Here My such warm greetings from everyone, I feel so welcomed. Is this a ladies only group? Maybe I should learn to read the fine print more closely.I think that I will stay with working out six days a week and hope that I am doing right. But it could be true that muscles need a rest. But when doing light weights it is ok to do them days in a row. Of course I am not so sure that anyone would call my leg a light weight. Hmm. Guess I will just wing it and stay with what I have been doing.I have several advanced tapes. But have mainly been doing 6 lately. When I started doing TaeBo I was in top physical shape with no need of improvement anywhere. Well that was a lie but it was a pleasant one. Actually I hit the mid thirties wake up call and I decided maybe I should get a bit in shape. I've lost 30 lbs and my abs are back and the gut is gone, so I feel pretty good about that. I like to be physical and now am not too tired to do what I the activites I enjoy most. Definitely an improvement.I do not know what a teddy graham is honey or chocolate. I feel so deprived. The boxing classes mentioned sound cool. Do you get teased a lot about being a Knock Out? Just couldn't resist. You are going to find me and knock me out right. Well I better quit while I am behind.Sweet dreams groupMitch______________________________________________________Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com------------------------------------------------------------------------eLertsIt's Easy. You're in very good company doing taebo 6 days a week. Like , Barb, , ... , I would be a much different person if I didn't exercise that much (for me that means moodier, grumpier, in more pain, more stressed, ... ). Was this just the other night? Isn't it great to get those kind of compliments. Elena, who confesses that she goes to cardio kickboxing classes in addition to taebo in part for the compliments. Guest guest
> My such warm greetings from everyone, I feel so welcomed. > Is this a ladies only group? It's just that there are so few men who post regularly that we tend to get a little excited every time a new one comes out of hiding! Congratulations on your results.....that's awesome! Bob (my fiancee) keeps telling me he's going to start doing it again, but I'm still waiting. He's seen what it's done for me and constantly tells me how inspirational I am, but I know he's gotta do it in his own time, so I don't push him! Anyway, it's great to hear that there are men out there who are seeing results, too. I keep telling Bob's brother, Rusty (who lives in LA) that he has to take up tae-bo because then he could go to 's studio and have his pick of any number of women! Maybe, I'll just have to send him the instructional and basic tape and get him started who will have to invite Rusty out to dinner with us the next time we're out there...he's quite a catch

It was great to hear...especially because he was the most challenging instructor I've had there so far! ;-) F
