my aunt (who has raised me since I was 10) often. So, if I'm visiting

her when a MD lunch takes place...I try to go. It's about an hour

away. Elena and I had talked about maybe having our own get together

the next time I'm visiting her and I think that's a great idea! I'll

be visiting her again in the middle of May so I'll let you both know

when I've finalized my plans and maybe the 3 of us (and anyone else in

the area) can get together and have lunch :)

workout today? Has anyone done the advanced Pay Per View #7? Going to try

it tomorrow and wondered if there are any reviews?

I believe that was my favorite of the Advanced ones cuz it worked the thighs

in new ways

LOL I don't remember now either but do remember thinking it was the best TV

Advanced so far while doing it (IMHO that is)

Maybe cuz the #7 Basic was so *basic* after the #4 and #6 blew me away?

In the basic tape in the new live 4-pack I'm all the way to the left

(as you look at the tv screen) next to the riser. I'm in the row

behind TQ (I think it's about the third row back). I've got black

workout pants with a gray stripe down the side and a black workout top

that shows a little of my stomach and my hair is in a ponytail. They

do a close up of me doing one arm speed bags (I think) and also at the

end doing the balance move and a couple other times but I can't

remember off the top of my head. I haven't done that workout in awhile

:)

I did the TB TB Advanced #7 and really liked it, but for the life of me

Did the Advanced #7 TV today. It really works the glutes. He does a thing

at the end where you stand on your toes and do squats. i keep a notebook of

all the workouts and after I workout to a new one I write down what I liked

about it , what body part it really works and what I call the " sweat factor "

This keeps me organized and I can choose by looking in my notebook what

workout I want to do depending on my mood and the way I feel.
