When to drink kombucha?

I know that different folks like to drink kombucha (I think before

meals?) to lose weight. I don't really worry about *when* to drink;

I enjoy it all times of the day/evening.

Of course, there are also the folks who think that " probiotics "

can't survive the GI tract anyway... ;^>
