I would like to get that also Hi Tina, I take it straight, but I like the taste. In his book on page 306 he gives an oil/protein mixture. He recommends this for athletes and people trying to add muscle and get rid of fat. He says: "This mixture makes a nutritious base for use at any meal. The following is for readers without dairy allergies: 20 measures (spoons, cups, or buckets) skim milk yogurt. This contains about 6% protein. 2-3 measures fresh oil blend Mix ingredients together until oil is no longer visible. That's all there is too it. I ordered it on the 16th and paid for 2nd day air, but didn't get it til today. When I asked about it last Thursday, they said they had run out and had to wait for another shipment and that they had sent it and I should be receiving it soon. Would have been nice if they had let me know that they had run out, rather than waiting for me to contact them to find out why it was late.
