Do you know if the NK cell function can vary???

Do you have normal values for the lytic activity of the NK cells? My

lab reports state > 3.4% lytic activity is normal, but I thought I read

in an article that the normal population has a > 20.0% lytic activity.

's IGG is 1070, IGA is 47 and IGM is 40

NK cells were reported as normal at this time.

Dr. K acted like Jake would be on SCIG for life, then called the above

results to our home care co and is talking of taking him off for the

summer and see how he does......I really had the impression that he

felt like this wasn't changing and the IGM number kinda bothers me as it

is on the very low side of normal. The IGG was drawn 5 days after our

infusion....and I know it's a great number, but we are replacing

him.....

Don't have the memory B cells back.

I have some concerns and questions. I don't have your phone number.

This is my work email...as am at work and have stuff tonight and

tomorrow after work

So probably won't be able to log on to my home email.

My cell is 7012204034 or send me your number to this address...

I am tempted to just email Dr. O and ask the questions, but don't want

to step on toes...KWIM??

Thanks

S.
