Guest guest Posted December 5, 2009 Report Share Posted December 5, 2009 Hi All, I started my first CB today and only had three small scoby's in my hotel. I used all three in the CB. Will the hotel be okay without a scoby for a few days until my next brew is ready? I have two gallons which should be ready on Tuesday.
