PS - it did not end there - even my weekends home from college and the

year I took off of college after my sophomore year, he still pursued

me. Finally somewhere after that he gave up or got a clue or something.

Oh yah - maybe it's because I moved away and nobody told him where! lol

>>

LOL...I had some similar experiences in high school and especially in middle

school. There was this one guy named G. in the 6th grade...That would

NOT leave me alone tried to walk home from school with me etc... Then there

was this other guy named D.(NO Romie NOT Dean) whom I REALLY

liked..of course I didn't stalk him or anything though. But anyway, we were

all in band together and we had a substitue one day who knew nothing about

music so basicly it was an unsupervised play hour. I stayed with my friends

trying to avoid G. and luckily he was staying on his side of the room.

THEN D. saunters over to my side of the room.....oh be still my

heart. He strikes up a conversation with me and then ask " hey would you

like to go out with (before he could finish I said yes) G?

Oh my god was mortified I just said yes to the guy of my dreams asking me to

go out with the looser of my nightmares. It was horrible....he gave a thumbs

up sign across the room before I could compose myself and correct him.

Anyways if ya'll remember 6th grade couples don't really go anywhere...when

they go out with that means they " go steady " . I had a new boyfriend I

couldn't stand. My mom said O had to tough it out for a week or two just

because she thought he was nice and I shouldn't be a b****. So I barely ever

let him near me. People would try to lock us in the same practice room

together. We had a skating party....and of course there was a couples only

skate. So I had to suffer through holding hands with him and skating around

as D. stood on the rink side and watched. A few days later D.

(D for dreamboat) came up to me and asked me if I was still going out with

the other . I of course had not yet broken him the news, so I said uh

-huh rather pathetically. D. then said oh...well thats too bad.

Mayube I'll ask you when your single. ACK!!!!! So I immediatly rushed into

the band hall and told G it was over...he just said " okay " . But I

never got a chance to speak to D. ever again!!!!

G. however started calling our answering machine and leaving all sorts

of obscene messages. It last for a few weeks...then my brother Romie's Andy

called his mom and played the tape for her machine. They changed their phone

number. G. didn't talk to me again until like the 10th grade....even

though we went to the same schools. He ended up getting a girlfriend who was

very nice...but he was still creepy and I often wanted to tell her I thought

so but I didn't.

Who has way too many of these types of stories

memories :)

not a stalker story but the typical fickled teen type of story

I get a phonecall asking me out at almost 13 but not from my most recent

crush and fix the caller up on a doubledate with my gf if he gets my crush

for me.

It works and we doubledate but fickled me decides I rather the original

caller so the next day, we all switch. The original caller wound up being my

first steady bf but cannot remember for the life of me why we broke up though

I wasn't hurt so probably moved on to the next crush!!!

Come to think of it LOL I did the same thing with my first date(s) at the age

of 10 who both became doctors (one of which, the loser of the date at 10, I

dated after my first divorce at 25 while dating my present & final crush)

Barb

who played musical bf's instead of musical chairs or *Hot Boyfriend* instead

of *Hot Potato* but only got burnt once but it was a very bad burn at 17 but

for the best

LOL - , Oh my gosh - it is funny how traumatizing things were

back in those days. I always get a good laugh out of the events of my

life between ages 12 and 18! G really had to be a big loser to

leave obscene messages ON TAPE - how stupid can you be to incriminate

yourself like that? LOL

Thanks Pam! It has been 7 years since I've seen him, so he probably

doesn't care anymore and has forgotten all about me. Or maybe he's

skateboard stalking somebody else now...(just kidding) --G
