I have heard that HGH added to that will help dissolve visceral belly fat and give more energy and a better feeling of well being. Any thoughts?

Yes, it can--I was in the study that proved that Serostim works for getting rid of belly fat. The only problem was some people developed insulin resistance or even diabetes. That's why the FDA wouldn't approve it for that use. If you can get gh (since it's not approved for that indication, insurance most likely won't cover it) make sure your doctor does an oral glucose tolerance test to make sure you don't have any underlying insulin resistance that could make you diabetic if you add gh. It's just not worth it.

Growth hormone releasing hormone--aka tesamorelin--will be approved later this year and marketed by Serono. It works, although not as quickly nor dramatically, but doesn't have the safety problems of regular gh. Hope this helps....
