My GABA Experience

After reading the recent posts about GABA and its effect on increasingHGH with a 3 gr dose pre work out I decided to give it a try.My negative partner decided to give it a try as well as we often work outtogether, this is what we both experienced.We took the 3 gr of Gaba right before leaving home, it takes me about 10 minutes to walk to my gymand about 5 minutes to change.A) I always we start our morning work out with a 15 minutes warm up on elliptical machine,with GABA I was not able to complete the 15 minutes (my partner was) and in fact I had to stop for a couple of minutes after I was 8 minutes in, please note I often do afternoon all hour cardio with no problem.B) When I started working out

on chest I immediately realized I did not have good levels of energy but I initially though I was just having a bad day.Once We started our 3 sets of the second chest exercise it was clear I could not lift my usual weight and it was now impossible to complete 12 repetitions per set.As I moved to the third chest exercise my partner complained about feeling weak and by that time I was yawning often, it was clear at that point that the reason we both feel tired was the Gaba.We then started working on our back, by that time I was yawning no stop and I had to drop my weight to about half of what i usually lift/pull.C) As We left the gym our legs were feeling very heavy and I asked my partner if he wanted to go grab a burger for lunch,once at the diner I noticed that both of us were feeling unusually hungry, we did eat a lot but we were also

still feelingvery tired, low in energy and lethargic as well as more sore then usual after a work out.D) As we walked back home the sleepiness was gone as well as the strange over all feeling, and by the time we got to ourapartment and rested a bit we started feeling better but the tired feeling still persist after 5 hours as I am writing this.We are definitely on slow motion right now.In conclusion per our experience any benefits of a possible increase of HGH during a work out is totally wiped out but sleepiness and low energy levels,on the other hand as I did force myself to work out no matter what I now feel quite sore in spite of having lifted less then usual,how ever no matter the end results it is clearly not a fun experience or a fruitful one as it not an advantage to have less energyduring a work out.The question

is what ever it would be beneficial to take the Gaba at a different time, before going to sleep would seem the best time as we all have jobs and we need to be alert, I should also notice that by the time I left the gym I was not in anycondition to drive a car, that much I was effected.I will try tonight to take another 3 gr before bed to see if I wake up rested in the morning, or if the tired feelingpersist in spite of a night of sleep.If I wake up rested I will keep on taking the gaba for a month and half (to finish the jar) to see if a notice any effectsthat one would expect from HGH, like more body mass and less fat around the waist or water retention.Mark B

I wish more people sent reports like this one when they try something new...it would be so helpful for so many of us. I get tired of ready study results sometimes and crave anecdotal experiences! I made the original post about GABA, having taken it at night for sleep. I would never attempt to take it during the day. Mark, I would love to know how it works for you after taking it at night. Jeff
