Guest guest
I just received notice that Kate Krauss, of The AIDS Policy Project http://www.aidspolicyproject.org , has *just* put together a ceremonial event, to be held on the City Hall Steps in San Francisco, later today, Thursday, June 3rd, at 11:30am PDT: Gero Hutter, MD, the doctor who treated (and may have cured) the Berlin Patient of AIDS, is getting three different proclamations from the City of San Francisco tomorrow. Then we're taking him to lunch. The ceremony [...] will last 1/2 hour max. (You don't have to do lunch if you aren't up for it). We don't think he's the messiah, nor is this a practical cure for the millions, but he did have a great idea, and it worked. Let's hear it for bold thinking! Assorted politicos and activists and friends will be there--join us! It'll be fun. And spread the word. The more the better. For more information about the Berlin Patient, see: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB122602394113507555.html ** danielbfc@...
