Protocol for training down hot temporals?

Hello Pete,I have been emboldened to look at the new TLC designs (I am a " subscriber " to the design packages). Could you recommend one to train down hot temporals? (1 Ch T3/T4 is what you originally recommended on the training plan). I would like to use calm music for the feedback rather than, say, a Flash game. I'm not sure which design(s) on the list would fit the bill here.
