What is Yoga of the Breath? The

cornerstone of the course, presented by the Art of Living, is a profound

breathing technique, the Sudarshan Kriya that can release stress, support

immune function and increases awareness.

The course is held in an atmosphere of

nurturing and community. It includes activities that

offer insights into the many habits of the mind that contribute to stress and

detract from quality of life.

Discover techniques to

increase your energy such as low impact yoga done to your ability. We'll have plenty of rest, guided

meditations, & fun!

By the end of the course, you will be able to practice these techniques at home

on your own and join other participants for ongoing weekly follow-up sessions.

Each class builds on the previous day so it is important that participants

be able to attend all 8 days.

People living with HIV are able to attend on a full scholarship (no fee) basis.

To get full benefit from the course you should avoid recreational drugs at

least 2 weeks before and during the course, and avoid alcohol 3 days before and

during the course.
