The cornerstone of the course, presented by the Art of Living, is a profound breathing technique, the Sudarshan Kriya that can release stress, support immune function and increases awareness. The course is held in an atmosphere of nurturing and community. It includes activities that offer insights into the many habits of the mind that contribute to stress and detract from quality of life. Discover techniques to increase your energy such as low impact yoga done to your ability. We'll have plenty of rest, guided meditations, & fun!
