Terri, I too would like a list of no no's. While I have known

echinacea to be a bad one for quite a while now(ragweed allergies),

there are so many things other people, well meaning people, recommend

to me and I have a hard time refuting it, but an uneasy feeling about

trying it. Things like elderberry and other stuff. I would really like

the facts and truths seperated from the myths........both so that I

know for sure what is safe, and also so that maybe people will quit

haranguing me about natural remedies. The only thing we have done is

acidophilus when we have a lot of steroids going, and we used to do a

multivitamin, but we quit bc it just did nothing and was just one more

med to dole out.

I think this would be a great article for IG living.

And Terri----you DID get my email from yesterday, right? I just want

to be sure things are straight between you and I, friend!!
