Guest guest
Every child reacts differently. Our daughter was on IV Gamunex--has low IgA (but not absent) for her age--and has not had a problem. Others will chime in with their observations. mom to CVIDer
Guest guest
My daughter's IGA is a 3, which is considered absent. She does great on Gamunex. Janet, mom to Brittany CVID age
Guest guest
We do really well with gamma guard! Which brand is preferred? Hi I am sure this question has been asked before, so sorry ahead of time. My child is going to have an IVIG infusion soon-he has CVID. The doctor has given me a choice of what to use. I was wondering what most people are using. We need to be as preservative free as possible because he does not tolerate them. He gave me the name of Flebogamma, Gammagard S/D, and Gamunex. The Gamunex is good in terms of being preservative free, but he said it is too high in IgA. Can someone offer me some insight? Thanks.
