Neurolgist in the Northeast area of US

Does anyone know of a neurologist in the northeast area of US with experience in

dealing with HIV. I have gone to 2 neurologists in Rhode Island and I really

don't think they have any idea. One told my mother I would never walk again for

the rest of the life. Well after just 6 months I am walking! So this dr. I

know has no idea. Any help would be great.
