I too emotionally eat. I eat tons. In January, when they thought

I might have cancer, I spent everyday for weeks eating all I could of

Etemmans Coffee Crumb Cakes. I could eat about half one at a

sitting. I'd then follow it with a chocolate bar... And then some

chips and dip.... and then maybe some cheese to get in my

protein. (ha ha ha)

Anyway... I lost 11 lbs that month.

I think that emotional eating has closed my weightloss window sooner

then it should though.... So I am goign to try to " diet " off this

last 25 lbs in January.

But after eating DOZENS of christmas cookies, pies, donuts, etc... I

can tell you that I have bounced around the same 5 or 6 lbs and have

NOT gained weight.

That is so wonderful... like nirvanna. To know that when you stress

eat, you MAINTAIN weight.

This surgery was one of the best decisions of my life!!!
