In January, when they thought I might have cancer, I spent everyday for weeks eating all I could of Etemmans Coffee Crumb Cakes. I could eat about half one at a sitting. I'd then follow it with a chocolate bar... And then some chips and dip.... and then maybe some cheese to get in my protein. (ha ha ha) Anyway... I lost 11 lbs that month. I think that emotional eating has closed my weightloss window sooner then it should though.... So I am goign to try to " diet " off this last 25 lbs in January. But after eating DOZENS of christmas cookies, pies, donuts, etc... I can tell you that I have bounced around the same 5 or 6 lbs and have NOT gained weight. That is so wonderful... like nirvanna. To know that when you stress eat, you MAINTAIN weight.
