You ask some valid questions.

First, most of what I know about the heart, I have learned in my

laboratory, the human body. Observation, feelings, ect.

Most everything that all the doctors have told me has not been worth 25

cents. Like the 5 that told me I had a skin cancer and it healed up

nicely without any help from them.

One doctor charged me $ 1000 and told he to take an aspirin.

You can guess what I did and what I told him.

They ask, Have you ever had a heart attack, I say NO.

They ask, Do you have chest pains, I say NO.

They ask, Do you have headaches, I say NO.

At rare times, I have had slight funny feeling in the heart that I thought

to be the valve. I could stop these by simple deep breathing. I have not

had any of those in over a year.

I went many years without a headache or taking an aspirin or anything else.

>Now if the colostrum and hawthorn did improve and/or restore a bad valve,

>that is so incouraging.

Consider this, .......... at the same time, I was taking the ing

Protocol, many minerals, amino acids, nattokinase, serrapeptase, eating

almonds, black strap molasses, sunflower seeds, raw fruit and vegetable,

and a host of other nutrients.

I would be a fool to say, this, that, or the other helped.

After reading what Donna said, I started taking colostrum.

During this time, I also drank raw goat milk when I could get it.

I eat less and less meat, even though I am not opposed to eating meat. I

just don't want it. Even when I eat meat, ( other than fish ) I eat only 1

to 3 ounces. During this time, I lost about 30 pounds without even trying.

When I was first told I had a heart valve problem, I was going to the

exercise gym about 5 times per week. Over the years, I have done a little

running, jogging, and weight lifting, and have worked like the devil, often

many hours without stopping.

One week I did not go to bed from Monday morning until Thursday night at

midnight. At 6 AM on Friday Morning, I was 100 miles from home at the job

site. When I worked these long hours, I learned that we must supply food,

energy, and blood electrolytes, eat fruit, and drink water.

It was an accident that I had the ejection fraction done.

Not sure what it was before, but if the doctors were so sure I had a heart

valve problem, I don't believe it would have been 60%.

>May I now ask how much hawthorn and colostrum you took?

I took 2500 mg of colostrum. I used both syrup and berries.

Normal amount of the syrup and the berries were capsules.

Two to 4 capsules daily.

I have never believed that a single thing cures anything or a single thing

causes anything.

>You also mentioned you took the colostrum for

>about a year. Are you still taking it?

I take colostrum two or three times per week when I add it to my whey

protein drink. I only use the whey protein drink a few times per week to

provide energy when I do not eat enough conventional food.

>How about the hawthorm? I'm wondering if continued use is necessary once

>restoration happens.

I am not taking any at the moment but am considering getting some

syrup. I still have some of the berry capsules.

My heart and overall physical condition is not as good as it was a few

years ago. I do not work as hard and do not exercise much at all, except

the little encountered in work.

Will soon be 69 years old. When I was age 65, I had an Essential Fatty

Acid profile done. Every single item was in the normal range.

Also have had a heavy metal test done. Everything but one is very low,

almost off the chart on the low side. The one item is relatively low but

higher than all the others. Blood PH was right on the standard, but I

think it can vary.

Prothrombin Time was dead center of the International unit.

Range, .80 to 1.20 ............ mine reading was 1.04 I have vitamin D

test done, Mycoplasma, and many others. I get more sunshine than most

people and have full spectrum lights in my kitchen, shop, and office.

I tell everyone, I don't know how bad off I am. I don't plan to pay for a

bunch of bogus tests to find out.

I take a few nutrients to help circulation. My supplement program varies

from day to day and week to week. Generally, I get 100 nutrients per

day. Some days I eat very little food. My bodyweight remains a steady 184.

I am open to suggestions and criticism.

Here is some of the work I have done this year.

Here are the links to this years small produce planting.
