nIR pocket neurobics trouble

Hello Pete and Listmates,

Either my headband or my Pendant or both are not working, I think.

At the outset when trying to train,as the software (either Itallis or TlC)

calibrates, HEG values/ratios start out extremely high (over 250 which is

unusual as the values are typically much lower in the double digit range). After

the signal ( horn toot)that feedback is to begin, the values/ratios freeze.

Any ideas as to what's happening?

I have intended to get in touch with Pocket Neurobics but there ar no phone

numbers or email address in their manual or on their site.

Any help is appreciated.
