Aajonus Vonderplanitz describes in his book " We want

to live " .

That red meat heals your mussles, fish and poultry

(white meat) heals nerve tissue. For this to happen it

is important to take raw fats (oils and raw diary

cream) with the meat-meals, so that energy is made

from the fats and that not the meat is transferred

into energy but is used as a medicine (Indians also

use meat as medicine he states).

He healed his son from a heavy coma (car accident)

using this understanding.

Also adviced is to take raw pure honey with meat-meals

to help digestion. He calles honey " vomit of the

bees " , it is full with digestive enzymes: insuline to

help brake down the sugars of the honey (so you

pancreas is not burdened by all the honey) and many

others.

Next to the meat-meals there are the large sallads,

which should be eaten seperately (need alkaline

digestion, while meat needs acid digestion)
