Steph,

Collect your first morning urine in a glass container to safe for when

you get ready to do the enema.

First do a warm water enema, about 1-2 quarts of water. Wait a while

to make sure everything has moved south so you won't have any

surprises. The better cleaned out you are, the more you will be able

to retain the urine enema. Then put your safed urine (it can be

anywhere from 4 oz. to a quart of urine) in the enama bag and insert.

Try and retain the urine. Make yourself comfortabale with legs raised

for 5-30 minutes while you are still retaining your urine. Don't sweat

it, tho. Whenever your body wants to expell it, then just expell it.

Some have commented that with time their body will often reabsorb their

urine and have nothing to expell. Others comment you need to stay

close to a bathroom because you will something have the urge to expell

it when your think it's already been expelled.

You will still have die-off with this, but it does seem to work when

nothing else has. People either are repulsed by this or laugh it off,

but when one gets desperate, many have found it is the one thing that

helped them.

Join the urine therapy egroup Chuck sent. Lots of helpful advice. The

list owner cured herself of candida with this method. She was very

sick. I think maybe even at death's door. Do some reserch.
