,Whenever you just train something--even something that " should " be find--without knowing what your brain is already doing, you run the risk of pushing it in a direction it does not need to go.

If you haven't done an assessment, I would strongly recommend that you do so before " fiddling around " with your brain.Pete-- Van Deusenpvdtlc@...

I recently did a cz/a1/a2 monopolar session rewarding beta ( 15-18hz) and inhibiting theta (4-8hz) and high beta (23-38hz) using an A-3 pod and bioexplorer. The session lasted for about 15 minutes before I started to notice some pretty bad jaw and facial tension developing and stopped the session. I woke up yesterday and the facial/jaw tension was worse. Today it's about the same and feels like it is going to stick around until I fix whatever I did during the session. I've done similar sessions in the past (though this is my first in probably 8 months) with the same rewards/inhibits with the goal of increasing focus and attention, but never had this kind of lasting muscle tension before. I'm thinking that I had a bad hookup and when I was up-training the beta I was actually training an increase in muscle artifact and therefore jaw tension? Any ideas about what might have caused this and also what if any protocols I can try on my A-3 or QDS focus that might remedy the situation?. Thanks!
