Guest guest
A few months ago I began reading about the benefits of mulberry leaf. The newsletter and email updates I receive from Dr. Rowen discussed a 40% reduction in atherosclerosis lesions in mice after adding mulberry leaf to their diet. It evidently does this by inhibiting the oxidation of LDL cholesterol. It also appears to lower blood sugar levels like the cinnamon I already take twice a day. I started taking it a couple months ago and it also appears to have lowered my BP slightly and leveled it out. I had trouble finding the product initially but now am able to buy it from Swanson Vitamins who I have been buying vitamins from for many years. Here is the item: http://www.swansonvitamins.com/SW1060/ItemDetail?n=0 I only take one capsule per day but I think two would also work if you have the need. --JJ
