persimmon cookie recipie???

Okay folks,

I got the persimmons all ready and I can't find my cookie recipie. I could

probably wing it (I like to dump cook), but would rather have a recipie. Anyone

have one to share??

What is a persimmon? I think I read about them in a Louis Lamour

novel once or twice.
