Guest guest
Mannatech company makes a great product called Ambrotose. It's comprised of vital glyconutrients that the body can obtain only from food. It is truly a superior product, with high energy and anti-inflammatory results. It's also very expensive. From the site: " This superior-value, saccharide-rich formulation supplies a balanced combination of mannose, from original Ambrotose complex's aloe derivative, and fucose extracted from Undaria pinnatifida-the brown seaweed harvested from the crystalline waters off Tasmania. This power-packed new glyconutritional blend safely delivers significantly more fucose than does Ambrotose in any other form! " Does anyone have personal experience with a similar product that has better dollar value? Thanks. Nenah
Guest guest
Dear Nenah, Ambrotose is 94% rice powder and 6% aloe. Aloe Essence is 100% aloe, and it is cheaper, too. see http://www.aloeessence.com Best of Health! Dr. Saul Pressman Is there a good substitute for Ambrotose by Mannatech? > Mannatech company makes a great product called Ambrotose. Where did you get that ratio of rice powder to aloe? Also...I was thinking of Sherri-Lee's aloe, and was considering it. But I'm wondering if I'll get even 80% of the results I got from the Ambrotose--it was quite dramatic (and it gave my dog tremendous pep, and I know +that+ was not a placebo effect). I know that aloe contains mannose. The Mannatech formula also contains fucose from brown seaweed, and other things. Also...does the Aloe Essence that Sherri-Lee sells, contain the yellow sap of the aloe? Thanks. Nenah
Guest guest
Dear Nenah, That ratio comes from Mannatech, which I was a distributor of ten years ago, when they changed their formula. I don't know if it has the yellow sap, but it has a buff color. Best of Health!
