artifacting old session files

OK, I hope I have this right. If not, Pete will explain next week when he is

done with his current workshop.

You will have to do it the old way. The new assessment designs (bxd files),

automatically create the text files that are loaded into the assessent. The

standard design creates text files that are in one minute segments and

cannot be artifacted. The artifact design creates text files that are in one

second segments and can be artifacted. However, the session files (bxs

files) are not changed in this process. They can still be played back for

example.

As far as I can tell, altho you can replay an old sessions file in the new

artifacting design, you cannot resave it and create text files from it.

Unless some BioExplorer expert reading this know different. So as I said you

will have to do it the old way.

What we used to  have to do was load the sessions files (bxs files) into

BioReview, using the Assessment report, and manually create the text files

that load into the Assessent. Remember that? The standard BioReview report

created one minute segments and the Artifacting report created one second

segments.

So what you need is the old ARtifact report. Then you run your old sessions

files through it and load these into the artifacting assessment. I am

uploading the old Artifacting Report to the Artifact group files section,

where you can download it.

the " artifacter.bxd " file after they;ve already been processed through

the " standard.bxd " file?
