Hi Guys!

OK, over the last two years, I must admit (albeit, opening myself up to a

Mama Jo Lecture " ) I have been absolutely AWFUL at taking supplements,

calcium chews and protein drinks (ick!). However, lately I have had more

then one person comment on my " lack of height " recently. My kids, are of

course, growing, and I *do* have Scoliosis and degenerative joint disease

in my lower back and neck, however, would that really lead me to " shrink " up

to an inch?

Could all this lack of supplements and shrinkage mean that I should jump on

the bandwagon and after the first of the year, when I have some extra cash

before my tummy tuck surgery, I should delve into the supplements at

Vita4Life and I might help my bones if in fact, they are getting a little

weak?

Ok, that question being asked... would the lack of supplements also cause

the aching mucsles? Joint pain in my knees (or is that just the arthritis

and cold weather?).

Thanks guys!
