No pity parties allowed unless they include chocolate cheesecake and me!!!! What was your starting weight ? Do you have any hernias? That little hernia next to my belly button was what got me startedand while we were going for approval since my lower back is aching and i take pain meds, we figured a TT might just help me get rid of the back pain.......obviously MediCal agreed! THen I will read the BRazil plastic sites some more! My high was probably 285-290 - when I was pregnant with my youngest. One week before surgery, at my PCP office I weighed 264. Yeah, I know, a lite weight - sure didn't feel like it. I was a small morbidly obese person - how's that for an oxy-moron! I had a cantaloupe sized hernia repaired over a year ago - after being denied the tummy tuck with it. I have the money for the plastics - it is just really hard to part with so much cash when my husband drives a 17 year old Nissan Pathfinder and my kids need some more money in their college funds.
