Guest guest
"I am recently diagnosed and new to treatment (end of November 2009). I am on Atripla and have an undetectable viral load and tcells in the 600's. I have noticed recently that my vision is getting blurry. At first I thought it was eye fatigue as I read alot and this time of year stare at a computer often. I have never worn glasses and may just need them. I am curious as to other people's experience with this."It would be very useful to know your age. If you're 40+, it could simply be normal changes that happen with the eye. There are other conditions that could be responsible. Don't just assume it's age.As for the fatigue, very hard to gauge, too. There can be some period of adjustment to medications, both physiologically and emotionally, it could be other life stresses, or as others posted, testosterone. HIV itself can produce fatigue. In any case, you should discuss both of these situations with your doctor.JB
