Ok all....I am scheduled for my hernia repair and TT on Thursday the

8th......MediCal DID confirm with Dr K's office, (Bless those girls

and their hard work trying to get through the mess of our insurance

mazes for us) that today (Monday) MediCal HAS corrected the paperwork

and we are good to go as soon as that paperwork arrives in the mail!

They told me not to cancel my preop appointment for Wednesday at noon

since the paperwork could arrive any MINUTE (from Fresno to Delano -

DUHHH) but if not, we will reschedule for a few days or a few weeks

later.

So I am still in limbo......on and off...and on and off......it is so

hard to make plans for the kids, the house, and life, when you don't

know til the VERY last minute if you are having surgery as scheduled!

Will keep ya'll updated and all you prayer warriors out there......

I need your help! I am praying that the paperwork arrives in time for

me to have an easy and uneventful, TT and hernia repair on Thursday!

Easy?...Gosh I pray so.

Uneventful...well lets get real! Even if it has the possiblilities

of being uneventful you will " stir the Pot " !!!!!!!

Truely hoping you have an Easy, complication free surgery and

recovery that starts On THURSDAY!

Cindee, so you should be up for a visit by Friday? Probably

discharged on Saturday? I will try to stop by Friday night, then.

Can't remember where I am working...hope it is not too far away!

LOL!

BY the way, hate to tell you all this, but a few days ago I got a

letter from BC telling me they refuse to pay about $8,000 in surgeon

and assistant surgeon fees. *sigh* I sure hope Dr. K's office

figures that one out. THey said it was because asked for

information didn't arrive in time. That would leave me holding the

bag even though they pre-approved the surgery. Go figure.
