I finally got it all straitened out. My meds will arrive via fed ex. And I will be taking the shot & pills again starting tomorrow sometime, not sure when, probably @ night. then next week I can go back to my regular time. But it's gonna have a little worse side affects. And there almost unberable now. But you live & learn, next time i'll only carry one shot with me & enough riba.
