Has anyone on the board tried nitric oxide supplements to build muscle? If so,

does it work? Is it safe? Does it interact with HIV meds? Are there any side

effects?

Thanks,

Jess.

Yeah. Ever since the FDA and congress made testosterone boosters illegal, the only thing left for supplement companies to market is arginine based formulations. Arginine can increase growth hormone output for a while, until the body basically gets used to it and growth hormone goes back down to baseline. The supplements are usually mixed with stimulants, so watch your heart rate and blood pressure. Taurine, caffeine (usually from guarana) are added in for extra kick. From: <alextx1@...>Sender: Date: Sun, 27 Mar 2011 07:39:18 -0700 (PDT)< >Subject: Re: Nitric Oxide??mm supplement?
