nir HEG problems

Hi pete and all,

I am having problems with my nir HEG

device. It has been working fine but then today the ch1 red light is on in

bioexplorer and signal level stays at 254 and does not change.

Originally it had a problem with the

connector between the headset and the PN transmitter but that was replaced. I

changed it again but still faulty.

The IR light on the headset is still red,

i.e. IR signal is being transmitted, so there must be a problem on the IR receive

side this time.

What should I do with it now?

Kent.

Kent,I've seen several cases of this behavior recently.  I'm forwarding your email to BioComp research and to Pocket-Neurobics with the request that they contact you directly.  I'm not up to speed on what they've decided is the problem with these cases, though they seem to have been able to resolve them.

Please let me know personally (pvdtlc@...) what kind of response you get.Thanks,Pete--
