Ah, , you didn't just tear up -- you made me tear up, too! I am so

happy for you. I can relate so much to the spinal problems (although mine are

That's fantastic! Glad you had a great time in Kauai! If that bike

trip is the one on Maui down a volcano..isn't that the one at 6am in

the morning ?? I wrote that one off, but I may get my vacation self

out of bed next time and do it *grins*

Thanks so much for your inspirational report! It is great to sometimes sit back

and recognise the changes and appreciate how far we have all come.
