Guest guest
I am glad your grey cloud of a weekend has found a silver lining! Your cookies sound delicious! Not done with my shopping yet - may conclude the holidays with buying a few gift cards from WalMarta. hugs, cindy lee > I guess I've found the silvery lining to my weekend saga! > > Hope everyone's day is going great! ...is all your shopping done? > > Holiday huggles, > >
Guest guest
It's odd to think of Christmas shopping with the earthquake still on the front burner of my life. Today, I returned every gift I had bought. I wrote a check to the local relief agencies in the amount I'd spend on gifts and wrote a check for more than I can really afford to the Lutheran church rebuilding fund. The pastor told me I'm the first donor. LOL It just seems that this year, giving gifts isn't all that important to me. Jim

May the blessing return to you 100-fold!! Hugs, Laurie
Guest guest
Hi Jim.. I am so sorry to hear of the loss at the church. Would you send me an address so I can send them a little towards the rebuilding fund? Sometimes the best gifts are intangible- your generosity certainly will be rewarded. Merry Christmas.
