I send you my comiserations, but consider yourself slapped -- NOW KNOCK IT

OFF! Eat what is good for you -- protein, veggies, drink your water and LAY OFF

THE CHIPS! (Eat dill pickles, if you crave the salt and vinegar.)

WOW!! MAMACITA ANN is really getting the Jo syndrome!! I love it! Our

sweet, loving Ann is sure going through a personality change!!! We

need her though, when we don't have Jo to yell at us, we know

Mamacita Ann will whup our asses with a switch and tell us just what

to do!! (wonder if she will console us with tortillas, albondigas,

and beans, rice, and chili relleno too???) God I am drooling already!

Love ya woman!!!

=======================

Potatoes are a high glycemic food (simple carb) which can slow down

weightloss. Also some people can have Oil slick problems from the

fat content of chips.

Well then, Ann

you will love ours too. We make homemade raviolas from my Nonas

recipe. We eve go as far as grinding up the fresh spinach and veal

(Jo will love us for that) lol. But this year my mom is busy, so no

raviolas. We are going to my brothers to have deep fried turkey.

Gotta love this DS

Merry Christmas to all and Happy Birhtday Jesus!
