Zoloft not working - where did you go next?

Hi Everyone: Zoloft is not working after 3 solid months at 150mg. Nephew is on

Risperdral(?) at night. Any ideas where my brother and SIL should go next?

They are hoping the doctor will lead but I think its always good to be " armed "

with some good questions too.

My SIL -the one on the edge of a breakdown is getting out two nights a week

and teaching aerobics. She love aerobics. She is able to do this because of

help from their church.
