Get thee a girdle, also, it helps with the swelling and might help

prevent a seroma. I don't know for a fact, but it can't hurt.

A what? A Drain!? No Q-Tip treatment? I had a hole for almost two

months after I got the darn Q-Tip treatment, that famous Dr.K thing.
