LOL You're right about August not being far away...time passes soooo quickly, it'll be here before you know it. I'll keep you in my prayers. Guest guest
Hi everyone... Sorry I'm cross-posting this, but I wanted to send this out to all my groups so I didn't miss anyone. Just delete if you've already read it somewhere else. I finally went thru my medical records that I received back in September (while recovering from a different surgery) and contacted Dr. Keshishian's office about what to do next. The records are incomplete, so I called my clinic here and they are going to send the additional ones. Hopefully they won't charge me again. I was going to call the office in Delano, but I can express myself much better in writing and then I can make sure I don't leave anything out, so I emailed Wiggins w(hat is her position, anyways? Can anybody tell me?) and I'm waiting to hear back from her now. She's usually pretty prompt. Anyways, I asked if I can be penciled in for August 2, 2004. We'll see what she says. But I suppose they will want all the medical records to review before doing that. I'll keep you updated as things progress. August isn't REALLY all that far away. It's going to go quickly...I just know it. Please keep me in prayer that I will be able to get everything arranged at this end and that finances will be available for the whole shebang. Does anybody know anything about realty and home loans? How long do you have to own a home before you can get a home equity loan? Guest guest
Hi Laurie! I hope everything works out for the date you want. As to how long you have to own your home to get an equity loan: It just depends on how much equity you already have. For instance, if you've lived in your house for three years, you've paid off a certain amount of your principal on your loan. That amount (your equity) is what you are able to borrow against. (Usually 80% of the total equity.) Hope that helps! Tracey > Hi everyone... > > > Does anybody know anything about realty and home loans? I've only been in my home > since August. Not much equity built up...haha...like $400.00! Hi Laurie, But has your house appreciated in the housing market. Many times a home's value will go up...ask a real estate agent about the market value of your home (that would be your current equity -- market value, less what you owe). Here in CA many homes go up in market value week by week (almost). LOL So you may have more equity than you think. Check it out (you can also check out on the web of the prices of homes comparable to your own that have sold recently in your area -- this will give you an idea of whether your home has appreciated). Good luck! Hugs and blessings, Ann

Guest guest
Laurie, I'm 90 mins from Delano, but you can have my spare bed. It's upstairs. Guest guest
I'm West and a bit south of Delano; about 20 minutes from the coast. The flying monkeys are kept in the monkey cave in the back. As for the axe murderer bit, well, a successful axe murderer never tell all he knows. Jim -----Original Message----- Jim, Awwwww...how nice of you to offer. ... I wouldn't have to share a room with the flying monkey's...would I? And I'd need to know if you're an axe murderer. :-O j/k Hugs, Laurie
