Guest guest
I rip music to my computer and play it thru an " Audio player " object. Sometimes I play light classical or chants, but most often I take advantage of the hpnagogic state and use meditation/affirmation CDs like " healthjourneys " stop smoking, ease pain... Am wondering what combination others have found to be pleasant and effective? Also wondering if anyone can reccomend some relaxing, meditative music CDs or downloads. Thanks for the input. Always so helpful to hear from others. >
Guest guest
I use a combination of waves and a babbling brook. The volumes of each change as ratio of alpha to theta changes. The brook is linked to alpha/theta ratio, waves to theta/alpha. If alpha is higher than theta the brook is louder; If theta is greater than alpha then the waves are louder. I based this on Gruzelier's protocol used with musicians.
